- Contractual Necessity — To fulfil obligations under your property management or tenancy agreement.
- Legitimate Interests — To operate, maintain, and continuously improve the Platform.

- Explicit Consent — Where required, particularly for sensitive personal data as defined under Section 26 of the PDPA.

- Provide and support core Platform features and functionality for a seamless resident experience

- Analyse usage patterns to improve Platform performance and user experience

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose.
Our standard retention period is 3 years from the date of last activity, unless a longer period is required by Thai law or regulatory obligation.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

All data is hosted within US-based data centres in encrypted form, or in jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection as recognised under the PDPA's cross-border transfer provisions.
